As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals with complex needs, such as spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other conditions. Our dedicated team cares for people of all ages in the community and in their homes, offering full training and clinical support to develop your skills.

We are committed to providing a comprehensive service that enhances the quality of life for our clients. With full nurse-led training, you will gain expertise in various complex areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

To be successful in this role, you don't need prior care experience; what's essential is your ability to demonstrate care, compassion, and resilience.
