Adult Health and Social Care Worker

We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Adult Health and Social Care Worker to join our team in supporting adults with complex health needs in their own homes. As an Adult Health and Social Care Worker, you will work closely with our clients, providing personalized care and support to enhance their quality of life.
This role involves supporting a client with a spinal cord injury in her own home, which requires assisting with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment. We offer full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.
Due to the rural location, you must be a driver with a car. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour (increasing to £12 after successful completion of probation), accrued holiday pay, a flexible zero-hours contract, and a Nest Personal Pension account.
As an Adult Health and Social Care Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized care and support to clients with complex health needs
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
- Maintaining accurate records of client care and medication administration
- Driver's license and own vehicle
- Full training and support provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
