Job OverviewYou will work closely with colleagues to assess the needs of service users and develop personalized care plans. Your expertise will be utilized to provide guidance and support to others, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users' needs and develop tailored care plans.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to service users, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
The ideal candidate can expect a salary of £12 per hour, paid weekly. They will also enjoy benefits such as flexible working hours, accrued holiday pay, and access to training opportunities.
Requirements- A minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK social care sector within the past 2 years.
- A valid UK driver's license and access to a car (desirable but not mandatory).
- A DBS on the update service (this can be applied for through us if you do not have one).
