About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Home Care Assistant to support a client with complex health needs in their own home. As a Home Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support, enhancing the client's quality of life.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires assisting with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment. We offer full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a kind and caring nature, and the ability to work independently. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £11.50 per hour (increasing to £12 after successful completion of probation) and a range of benefits, including accrued holiday pay and a Nest Personal Pension account.

Job Description
As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing personalized care and support to clients with complex health needs
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
  • Maintaining accurate records of client care and medication administration
