Oliver Bernard is currently working with a leading FinTech company that is rapidly expanding its platform to meet the demands of its growing global presence.
The company is seeking a highly skilled SDET Lead / Manager who can lead a team of SDETs, while also being hands-on and responsible for driving automation and quality best practices.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Lead / Manager looking to build their career, have autonomy in their work, and progress in a fast-paced and established environment.
To be considered, you will need the following experience:
- 6-7+ years' experience in automation
- Experience using Swift
- Experience with Jenkins, or equivalent, for CI/CD
- XCUITest experience
- Line management experience
This position offers a competitive salary of £100-120K, alongside benefits, and a hybrid work-from-home pattern (2 office days per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of SDETs in driving automation and quality best practices
- Develop and implement automation frameworks using Swift and XCUITest
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
Requirements:
- 6-7+ years' experience in automation
- Experience using Swift
- Experience with Jenkins, or equivalent, for CI/CD
- XCUITest experience
- Line management experience
