Oliver Bernard is currently working with a leading FinTech company that is rapidly expanding its platform to meet the demands of its growing global presence.

The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SDET Lead / Manager to join its technical team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of SDETs, driving automation and quality best practices, and contributing to the development of the company's specialist platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, experience with Swift, and expertise in Jenkins and XCUITest. They will also have line management experience and be able to provide guidance and support to their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Lead / Manager looking to build their career, take on new challenges, and make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of SDETs and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of automation and quality initiatives.
  • Develop and implement automation and quality best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation and quality initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to the team, including mentoring and coaching.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's specialist platform, including the design and implementation of automation and quality solutions.

Requirements:

  • 6-7+ years' experience in automation.
  • Experience with Swift and XCUITest.
  • Experience with Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tools.
  • Line management experience.
