Job Title: iOS / Mobile SDET / Tester - FinTech - Swift, XCUITest

Oliver Bernard is currently working with an industry-leading FinTech company that is rapidly scaling its platform to meet the demands of its global growth.

We are seeking a skilled SDET who can lead and manage a team of SDETs, while also being hands-on and responsible for coding and driving automation and quality best practices.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £90K, alongside benefits and a hybrid work-from-home pattern (2 office days per week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of SDETs
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Design and implement testing strategies to ensure high-quality software releases

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Swift and XCUITest
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
