About the Role

Oliver Bernard is currently working with a leading FinTech company that is rapidly expanding its platform to meet the demands of its growing global presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of SDETs in driving automation and quality best practices
  • Develop and implement effective testing strategies to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • 6-7+ years of experience in automation testing
  • Proficiency in Swift programming language
  • Experience with Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tools
  • XCUITest experience
  • Line management experience
