About the Role
Oliver Bernard is currently working with a leading FinTech company that is rapidly expanding its platform to meet the demands of its global growth.
The company is seeking a highly skilled SDET Lead / Manager who can lead a team of SDETs, while also being hands-on and responsible for driving automation and quality best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of SDETs and provide guidance on automation and quality best practices
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Swift and XCUITest
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Design and implement test automation strategies to ensure high-quality software releases
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SDETs
Requirements
- 6-7+ years of experience in automation
- Proficiency in Swift and XCUITest
- Experience with Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tools
- Line management experience
