About the Role

Oliver Bernard is currently working with a leading FinTech company that is rapidly expanding its platform to meet the demands of its global growth.

The company is seeking a highly skilled SDET Lead / Manager who can lead a team of SDETs, while also being hands-on and responsible for driving automation and quality best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of SDETs and provide guidance on automation and quality best practices
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Swift and XCUITest
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
  • Design and implement test automation strategies to ensure high-quality software releases
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SDETs

Requirements

  • 6-7+ years of experience in automation
  • Proficiency in Swift and XCUITest
  • Experience with Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tools
  • Line management experience
