About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at Supply Allies. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the educational and social development of students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to student support.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to students, promoting their confidence and independence.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children.
