Outdoor Education Coordinator for Special Needs

As an Outdoor Education Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a love for nature and learning among children with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative outdoor learning experiences that resonate with our educational philosophy.
- Supervise and guide groups of children during outdoor activities, ensuring a secure, welcoming, and supportive atmosphere.
- Manage the logistics and utilization of outdoor educational resources.
- Hold a Level 3 certification in Forest School practices.
- Possess experience in supporting children with special educational needs.
- First Aid certification is highly desirable.
- Maintain an enhanced DBS check or be prepared to apply for one.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time role, operating Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
