Customer Insights Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Customer Insights Analyst to join our team at Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to provide valuable insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns
  • Developing and maintaining data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven recommendations
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • SQL skills and knowledge of data modeling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
