About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Insights Analyst to join our Analytics team in Leicester. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for long-term reporting and analytics, focusing on customer segmentation, customer lifetime value, and other classic customer retail analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive customer analytics reports and dashboards
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth and customer retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer analytics

Requirements

  • Strong SQL experience and proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Core customer analytics experience and knowledge of customer segmentation and lifetime value
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
