Job Title: Senior Customer Insights Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Insights Analyst to join our Analytics team at Harnham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer insights and analytics to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term reporting and analytics to support customer segmentation, customer lifetime value, and other classic customer retail analytics.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build out concise reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL experience and proficiency in data visualization tools.
  • Core customer analytics experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality insights.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
