Job Title: Lead Customer Insights Analyst

At Harnham, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead Customer Insights Analyst to join our Analytics team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering long-term reporting and analytics, focusing on customer segmentation, customer lifetime value, and other classic customer retail analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data models and reports to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Lead the line management of 3 analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer analytics

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL experience and proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Proven experience in customer analytics, with a focus on segmentation and lifetime value
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Previous management/mentoring experience
