Lead Customer Insights Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading business in the retail industry as a Lead Customer Insights Analyst. As a key member of the Analytics team, you will be responsible for delivering long-term reporting and analytics, focusing on customer segmentation, customer lifetime value, and other classic customer retail analytics.

You will work closely with various teams across the business to address ad-hoc requests, creating concise reports and presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations. Additionally, you will be responsible for the line management of 3 analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term reporting and analytics
  • Lead customer segmentation and customer lifetime value analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address ad-hoc requests
  • Manage and mentor a team of 3 analysts

Requirements:

  • Strong SQL experience
  • Core customer analytics experience
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Previous management/mentoring experience
