We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Building Caretaker to join our team at Student Roost. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our properties, including carrying out maintenance tasks, assisting with repairs, and providing excellent customer service.



The Role:

As a Building Caretaker, you will be the main point of contact for residents and staff regarding any maintenance or repair issues. You will work closely with our site management team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.




  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, decorating, and minor repairs
  • Assist with more complex repairs, working with external contractors as necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the site management team to ensure the smooth operation of the property
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks and repairs
