**Key Responsibilities:**

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join our team at DallasWylde. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, particularly within the new home sales sector.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales of new homes, leveraging your excellent communication skills to engage with customers and close sales effectively.
  • Managing multiple tasks, ensuring all aspects of the site and sales process are handled proficiently.
  • Working closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

We offer a competitive package that includes a base salary of £35,000, complemented by uncapped commission. A fuel allowance covers your travel from door to door, ensuring you stay mobile and efficient throughout the day. Our balanced schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance, including 33 days of holiday, including bank holidays.
