About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to join our team at Peterborough Bourges. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the centre's success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 11 skilled technicians and customer service advisors to deliver a seamless service
  • Maximise profit and minimise loss through effective management of the centre's operations
  • Optimise workforce scheduling to meet customer demand and ensure maximum capacity
  • Analyse customer metrics and centre performance data to drive business growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving success with teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience of managing capability and performance, including coaching and training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • IT proficient, with experience of using Microsoft packages and in-house systems
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £41,000 per annum
  • An average uncapped bonus of £10,800 per year
