We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take charge of one of our most prestigious Business Centres, located in a prime location. This centre offers exceptional amenities, including expansive green spaces, an on-site restaurant, and a gym.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and inspiring top-tier customer service while driving the growth of our Business Centre's occupancy. This role involves full commercial and operational responsibility for over 17,000sqft of premium serviced office space, as well as overseeing the reception service for the entire campus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with all on-site tenants and our clients. They will also be responsible for sales and marketing, including conducting viewings, owning the process from viewing complete to deal done, and negotiating and closing sales for occupation and/or ancillary services and products.
The Centre Manager will also be responsible for team management, including management of the Building Reception Team, and customer service, including responding to all client and tenant queries in a speedy and professional manner.
The role also involves centre operations, including ensuring all security and health and safety procedures are always maintained, and ensuring all issues have been attended to in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills, as well as a high level of personal presentation and attention to detail. They will also be a team player and able to manage and develop a small team if needed.
The successful candidate will also have strong problem-solving skills and lateral thinking, and be able to conduct sales/viewing tours, negotiate and close sales for new prospects/occupants.
