About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Manager to join our team at Peterborough Bourges. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the centre's success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of skilled technicians and customer service advisors to deliver a seamless service
  • Maximise profit and minimise loss through effective management and analysis of customer metrics and centre performance data
  • Optimise workforce scheduling to meet customer demand and ensure maximum capacity in the centre
  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed customer metrics targets and sales margin and profit targets
  • Manage capability and performance, including delivering coaching and training to colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and quality standards
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving success with teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience of managing capability and performance, including coaching and training colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • IT proficient, with experience of using Microsoft packages and in-house systems
  • A current full valid driving licence
