Instrument Cluster Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Instrument Cluster Development Specialist to join our Research and Development team at Expleo Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the development of Instrument Clusters, Head-Up Displays, and Displays within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing instrument clusters to meet design and test standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other vehicle systems.
- Analyzing technical data and making informed decisions to resolve complex issues.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Providing training and support to colleagues to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree education in a field such as engineering or computer science.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the development of automotive systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory and its application in automotive systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
