About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised financial administrator to join our team in London. This is a full-time position that requires excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Enter and code financial transactions, allocate payments, reconcile invoices received with departmental billings, issue invoices to customers, check and process employee expenses, reconcile & post credit card payments/receipts, reconcile all bank accounts, track expenses related to specific projects, and check all financial transactions for accuracy.
  • Office Administration: Maintain stationery and refreshment levels, check post, and perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications: Attention to detail, organisational skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Xero, ability to maintain relationships with clients and colleagues, professionalism, confidence, and diplomacy.
  • Desirable Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with foreign currency transactions.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
