**Payroll / Accounts Administrator**

**London, Office Based**

**£35,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE**

**Required:Monday to Friday, hybrid working - 2 days in office 3 days from home**

**Start date: ASAP**

**Overview**:
Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Payroll / Accounts Administration will be a key member within the Finance team with responsibility for supporting the finance function.

**Daily Duties include**:

- Managing Accounts Inbox for supplier invoices
- Downloading invoices and saving on system
- Check Invoices for accuracy and completeness as well as coding of Invoices on Rapport/Sage
- Input of data on Rapport/Sage
- Maintaining the Purchase Ledger
- Sending remittances to suppliers
- Review and extracting Aged Creditors report on Sage
- Preparing the Payment Run as and when required
- Bank/Credit Card Postings on Sage
- Working against tight deadlines to meet business requirements
- Communicate internally with Finance Team and external parties
- Provide support for additional ad-hoc accounting duties to Finance Team as and when required.
- Undertake all petty cash withdrawals and reconciliations
- General ad hoc financial administration including providing support to overseas branches
- Other financial duties as they arise
