Job Opportunity: Children's Support Worker

**Job Summary**

Coyle Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team in a brand new Children's Home for young people aged 11-17. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Encourage cognitive stimulation and physical development of young people in the home
* Assist in developing and implementing care plans tailored to each young person's needs
* Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and the wider community to ensure the highest standards of care
* Promote healthy routines, habits, and hobbies through exposure to new activities

**Requirements**

* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Children and Young People's workforce (essential)
* 1 year's experience in Children's Residential or a similar environment
* Good understanding of OFSTED regulations, safeguarding, and excellent communication skills
* Driving Licence (UK Manual) (desirable)
