About The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Practice Plus Group, providing support to nursing staff and the multidisciplinary team in delivering excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors in a pleasant and efficient manner.
- Deal with enquiries in a helpful and courteous manner.
- Demonstrate competence in recording routine clinical observations.
- Carry out clinical skills relevant to the unit.
- Assist with data entry and documentation of care.
- Ensure treatment rooms are adequately stocked and tidy.
- Adhere to infection control procedures.
- Participate as a team member, sharing knowledge and promoting a cohesive team.
- Record up-to-date information on records.
- Participate in stock control and ordering of consumables.
