About the Role:

As a Care Assistant at Hallandhouse, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities. You will assist residents with daily activities and personal care, creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters independence and promotes social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities and personal care
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for our residents
  • Foster independence and promote social inclusion
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of residents

Working Hours:
  • Two week rolling rota (22.5 hours pw)
  • Weekend working required
