About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Taylor Higson, a leading provider of office printing solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including dealers and distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals with key customers
  • Work closely with the product team to stay up-to-date on new products and developments
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales enablement materials and campaigns
Requirements
  • Strong experience in the printing device/office products industry, including knowledge of customer drivers and competitor offerings
  • Proven track record of success in channel sales and business development
  • Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to identify large business opportunities
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude and tenacity
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop business contacts and relationships at all levels of an organisation
  • Full UK driving licence
