About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Ian Williams Ltd. As a key member of our Capital Business, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication with residents, site teams, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the successful delivery of our decarbonisation and planned maintenance, refurbishment contract, working within residential properties.
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain electronic records, producing and updating reports detailing customer satisfaction and progress levels for the contract.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in resident liaison or a similar field, preferably with experience in property services.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook).
  • A full UK driving licence, essential for undertaking the role.
