About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Cheltenham. As a key member of our Capital Business, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with residents, local communities, and external organisations to drive positive change.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have experience in resident liaison or similar roles, with excellent organisational skills, strong IT abilities, and a full UK driving licence. You will be passionate about making a difference in the community and thrive on building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the successful delivery of our decarbonisation and planned maintenance, refurbishment contract, working within residential properties.
  • Be the first point of contact for residents and site teams/contractors, communicating internally and externally about renovation works, progress, and completion.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with residents via letters, face-to-face visits, events, and telephone calls to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow.
  • Proactively resolve problems and complaints regarding the works, consulting with all parties involved positively and honestly.
