Staff Engagement Officer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Staff Engagement Officer to enhance our staff engagement strategy, driving organisational change and employee satisfaction.

This role involves delivering improvements in staff communication, engagement, and motivation through tailored channels and activities.

  • Developing and implementing targeted staff engagement activities, collaborating with the L&D, HR, and Project & Change teams.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for employees to have a voice and contribute to organisational decision-making.
  • Designing and delivering communication plans for various audiences and platforms.
  • Developing engaging content and recognition opportunities that showcase employee achievements and promote key messages.
Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree and/or professional qualification, such as CIPR or CIM.
  • Experience in implementing internal communications campaigns and writing engaging content.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative flair and ability to translate organisational priorities into effective communication plans.
