Job Title: HR Specialist

Estimated Salary: £28.75/hr to £37.50/hr (PAYE/PAYE Umbrella) Inside IR35

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team at Omega Resource, a leading provider of software solutions. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for effectively managing the Group's HR function, including employee and contractor relations, joiners and leavers, appraisals and performance management, pay and benefits.

You will also be responsible for managing the fulfilment of the Group's identified resourcing needs, including liaison with operational management to forecast future resourcing requirements and management of the Group's panel of recruitment agencies.

In addition, you will own, maintain and promote HR processes across the Group, liaising with local offices as necessary, and co-ordinate the effective operation of HR processes, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.

As an HR Specialist, you will ensure that HR documentation is up-to-date and published, including staff handbook, Company policies and procedures, HR forms etc., and ensure all Group HR record-keeping is complete, well-ordered and legally compliant.

You will also advise and support line managers on all HR related matters, develop and implement an effective, proportionate Training and Development framework for the Group, and deliver induction training to new starters and periodic compliance training on Company procedures to relevant employees.

Furthermore, you will prepare KPI metrics as required under the Group's quality management system and any other management information required by the Commercial & Risk Director, and keep up to date with employment law and advise the business accordingly.

As an HR Specialist, you will work closely with the Commercial & Risk Director to ensure the Group's compliance with Data Protection law and regulation, and perform other duties relevant to the HR department as assigned from time to time.
