Role Overview
The Registered Domiciliary Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the care team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality personal care services to our clients. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard, and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.

- Manage compliance internally and for regulators and contract holders.

Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate will be an efficient, organised, and experienced manager who is passionate about providing the best in community care. You will also need good budget, business management, and commercial skills to succeed in this role.
