Housing Manager and Community Liaison

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a reputable recruitment agency with a strong track record, is seeking an experienced Housing Management Coordinator to join their team in Gloucestershire.
We are offering a competitive salary of £12.61 per hour, along with 37.5 hours of work per week and a 3-month locum contract.
This exciting opportunity involves coordinating rent and service charge collection, ensuring maximum occupancy through effective void and maintenance management, and enforcing tenancy conditions. You will also be responsible for ensuring properties and the surrounding environment are safe and secure, and that health and safety standards are met.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in housing or a similar field.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse tenant groups.
- Knowledge of housing law, tenancy agreements, and property compliance standards.
