About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our developments and products
  • Qualify leads, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in the property or construction industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
