About Jago Consultants:

We are a leading recruitment agency specializing in the automotive industry, and we are currently seeking an exceptional Sales Executive to join our client's prestigious dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain a customer database to foster long-term relationships.
  3. Sales Process: Follow a structured sales process while providing excellent customer service and building a strong rapport with customers.
  4. Performance Metrics: Demonstrate success in sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including unit volume, Finance and Insurance (F&I), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to drive departmental performance and achieve sales targets.
