About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Consult. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including specialist Dentists, Hygienists, PM's, TCO's & Nurses.
  • Educate dental professionals on our product portfolio and demonstrate product benefits.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and practice visits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer enquiries and concerns.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the wider sales & marketing teams.
  • Attend regular industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record within dental sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's licence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales territory management.
  • Knowledge of dental products and procedures.
