The Opportunity:

As a Territory Manager, you'll be responsible for offering tailored solutions to our customers and prospects, utilizing our data-driven insights to drive sales and provide trusted advisory services. You'll work closely with clients to determine the best strategy for liquidating their assets, whether through auction, Marketplace-E, or listing. Your goal will be to continuously improve your equipment expertise and build strong, professional relationships with clients to secure future contracts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell multi-channel solutions within your assigned territory
  • Identify geographic areas and sectors with growth potential
  • Grow sales through new business development
  • Develop a strategy and plan for securing potential customers
  • Build, maintain, and update a Playbook on a regular basis
  • Ensure seamless execution of sales through coordination with the "Win Team" to fully service accounts, including sales support, operations, administrative, valuations, and field marketing

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a proactive and autonomous professional with extensive experience in outside sales and a strong background in the heavy equipment industry (construction, agriculture, or transportation). You'll need to possess professional-level English skills, advanced MS Office skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
