Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Wholesale Sales Representative to join our growing sales team and manage the sales of our leading independent brands.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, including large retail chains, independent stores, and online retailers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, being present, efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable in all interactions.
- Advise on visual merchandising strategies to increase sales and sell-through rates.
- Visit larger customers to discuss new and existing product ranges.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve the company's target margin.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in wholesale sales, preferably with direct interaction with retail buyers at a similar level.
- Strong understanding of the wholesale/retail relationship.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £37,500 - £42,000, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
