Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our efforts in the electrical wholesale sector. As a Senior Sales Representative - Cable Management Solutions, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the region.
The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience within the electrical wholesale sector, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of success. They will also possess a deep understanding of electrical products and the wholesale market, as well as expertise in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in the region.
- Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
- Mentor and train junior sales staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Uncapped commission structure, offering unlimited earning potential.
