Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Area Sales Representative to join a leader in cable management solutions and drive sales growth within the electrical wholesale sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with electrical wholesalers, generating new business, and promoting their products to increase market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by selling their product range to electrical wholesalers.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key wholesalers in their designated area.
  3. New Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding their customer base within the electrical wholesale sector.
  4. Product Knowledge: Promote and provide expert advice on their products, ensuring customers are informed and confident in their purchasing decisions.
  5. Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  7. Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales activities, report on progress, and maintain accurate records using their CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven sales experience, within the electrical wholesale either working in or selling to.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  4. Ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  5. Good understanding of electrical products and the wholesale market.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  7. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within their area.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
