About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional administrative support specialist to join our team at the University of Chichester. As an Administrative Support Specialist - Conservatoire, you will provide efficient and effective administrative support to students, staff, and other stakeholders, working collaboratively to enhance administrative processes and the student and staff experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a range of Undergraduate/Postgraduate Programmes within the Conservatoire
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance administrative processes and the student and staff experience
  • Manage and prioritize workload, building relationships with students, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Use shared inboxes and workloads to manage administrative tasks
  • Contribute to the development of administrative systems and processes

Requirements

  • Good general education to A level or equivalent
  • High standard of literacy, numeracy, IT, attention to detail, and good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Respect for confidentiality
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a similar environment
