As an Administrative Support Specialist with Adecco, you will provide comprehensive support to the experienced Asset Manager and thrive in a dynamic team environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Estates Team, including contract management, warranty oversight, fee proposals, and Purchase Orders.
  • Maintain and update the database to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
  • Foster effective working relationships with external suppliers, agents, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the Asset Manager with contract administration, tenders, quotes, and access.
  • Manage documentation for development projects, including filing systems and document control.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of minutes during management meetings.

About the Ideal Candidate: Previous administrative experience and a keen eye for detail are essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders are a must.
