About the Role:

The Store People & Culture Business Partner plays a vital role in driving the company's people strategy and purpose within our stores. As a trusted advisor to the retail management team and in-store People and Culture team, you will provide strategic and consultative functional advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a key business partner to drive high performance through engaged colleagues.
  • Coaching and developing the retail management teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Responsible for governance of people policy, process and practice, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Role modeling the Primark values and behaviours, creating an environment for delivering an amazing colleague and customer experience.

You'll Bring:

A proven HR professional from a comparable background, with problem-solving, analytical, and relationship-building skills, along with high-level commercial acumen.
