We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic People Partner to join our Technology and Product team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in enabling our teams to achieve their goals and drive business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational design, talent management, and data analysis. They will be able to partner with our global technology and product leaders to develop People strategies that drive business results.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with our Tech and Product leadership team to understand their objectives and develop People strategies that drive business outcomes.
- Collaborating with our People COEs to translate those People strategies into actions and initiatives.
- Leveraging your keen eye for organizational effectiveness, design, and agility to help our teams scale.
- Identifying opportunities and coaching leaders to build a high-performing and highly engaged organization.
- Using data and instincts to identify areas to reinforce our culture and employee value proposition.
- Leading and contributing to strategic People team programs and projects that reinforce our unique Simply Business culture.
