Regional Outreach Officer - North East

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Regional Outreach Officer to join our team in the North East region. As a key member of our Outreach Service, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of beneficiaries, providing advice, guidance, and advocacy support to achieve positive outcomes in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of beneficiaries across Northumberland, Newcastle, North Tyneside, and Ireland
  • Provide person-centred support, advice, and guidance to beneficiaries
  • Collaborate with the Regional Lead Outreach and wider Outreach team members across the UK
  • Travel for face-to-face appointments and organizational meetings across the North East and Ireland

About the Role:

This is a home-based role, requiring occasional travel to beneficiary appointments and organizational meetings. You will be based in the Northumberland, Newcastle, or North Tyneside area, and will be part of a dynamic team committed to creating a diverse and inclusive organization.
