Regional Outreach Officer - North East

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Regional Outreach Officer to join our team in the North East region. As a key member of our Outreach Service, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of beneficiaries, providing responsive and holistic support to individuals experiencing challenges related to homelessness, mental health, addiction, and domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of beneficiaries, providing advice, guidance, and advocacy support to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Regional Lead Outreach and wider Outreach team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Travel to beneficiary face-to-face appointments and organizational meetings across the North East region.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of outreach strategies to meet the needs of beneficiaries.
