Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex beneficiary caseload, supporting and working alongside beneficiaries across the North East region, providing advice, guidance, and advocacy support to achieve outcomes that positively impact their lives.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Lead Outreach and wider Regional Outreach team members across the UK as required.
  • Travel for beneficiary face-to-face appointments and other organizational meetings and training across the North East region.

Requirements:

  • Be based in the Northumberland, Newcastle, or North Tyneside area.
  • Have a strong understanding of the armed forces community and the challenges they face.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Confederation of Service Charities as a Regional Outreach Officer - Diversity and Inclusion Specialist.
