Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex beneficiary caseload, supporting and working alongside beneficiaries across the North East region, providing advice, guidance, and advocacy support to achieve outcomes that positively impact their lives.
- Collaborate with the Regional Lead Outreach and wider Regional Outreach team members across the UK as required.
- Travel for beneficiary face-to-face appointments and other organizational meetings and training across the North East region.
Requirements:
- Be based in the Northumberland, Newcastle, or North Tyneside area.
- Have a strong understanding of the armed forces community and the challenges they face.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
