DEI Programme Development Manager

At Womble Bond Dickinson, we are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are seeking a highly skilled DEI Programme Development Manager to join our team and contribute to our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver DEI training programmes for staff at all levels, including inclusive leadership development and career progression initiatives.
  • Develop and implement mentoring and reverse mentoring programmes to promote cultural understanding and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate DEI into our existing learning and development programme and core business processes.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform the development of DEI training programmes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present management reports to update the DEI Committee and Responsible Business Governance Group on programme progress and impact.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years' experience in a learning and development role, with a proven track record of managing projects and delivering on cost, quality, and time requirements.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in DEI-related roles, including delivering a broad range of DEI training programmes and implementing formal mentoring programmes.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and ability to use metrics to support critical thinking and improve service delivery.
  • Knowledge of psychometrics and the use of methodologies in development.
